Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • information you provide when booking or preparing for a Clarity Call;
  • correspondence and notes relating to an enquiry or prospective client relationship;
  • business and financial information you choose to share with us when discussing our services; and
  • limited technical and security information generated when you visit this website, such as server and security logs.

We do not ask you to submit personal information through a contact form on this website.

How we use your information

We may use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange and prepare for meetings, assess whether our services may be suitable, provide requested services, keep appropriate business records, protect our website and systems, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Our lawful basis will depend on the context. It may include taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business and responding to prospective clients.

Our website is hosted using Cloudflare. If you choose to book a Clarity Call, the booking takes place on Calendly and information you submit there is handled through Calendly’s service.

Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate protections are in place for the transfer and processing of personal data.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, regulatory or dispute-resolution requirements. The appropriate period will depend on the nature of the information and our relationship with you.

Your data protection rights

We currently do not use advertising, behavioural tracking or website analytics cookies on this site. Our hosting and security provider may use technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver and protect the website.

The Calendly booking calendar is not embedded in this website. If you click the booking button, you will leave our website and Calendly’s own privacy and cookie practices will apply.

If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies in future, we will update this notice and provide an appropriate choice before they are used where required.
